When you shop with us, we want you to be confident in your purchase.  That's why we offer a Money Back Guarantee and several different product warranties to ensure your product's quality.

efurnitureMax's Famous Money Back Guarantee:

Every Single Item sold by efurnitureMax features a Money Back Guarantee that covers you when you initially receive a product.  If the item is not as described, is damaged, or (insert any other issue here) - Don't Worry, You're Covered.  Simply contact us for a full refund within 30 days of receiving your item.  If the item needs to be returned and the issue is a result of our error, we will always pay for return shipping.

Product Warranties

We only offer products from certified manufacturers with a proven track record for excellent quality and service.  One of the greatest benefits of shopping with efurnitureMax is that we handle all warranty claims on your behalf.  Simply contact us with information about your claim, and we will contact the manufacturer and arrange for a replacement or refund, if applicable.

All Warranties:  

• Products are covered under normal use only.  Products that have been mistreated, misused, or abused will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
• Parts & Frame: If any part of your item breaks or fails within the warranty coverage period, it will be replaced.
• Upholstery: Normal surface wear from use is expected and is not covered.  Abuse such as scrapes and punctures by sharp objects is also not covered.  However, abnormal wear, rips on seams, and other clear upholstery defects are covered.  Upholstery claims are usually evaluated on a case by case basis by the manufacturer.

2 Year Warranty - Coverage in accordance with the above outline for two years from purchase date.

Limited Lifetime Warranty:  Many of our stacking chairs come with a limited lifetime warranty on the frame.  As long as the damage is not a result of abuse or misuse, your chair will be replaced if the frame has any issues throughout the life of the chair.

OFM Inc. Lifetime Warranty - OFM covers all seating products with a limited lifetime warranty for parts.  Exceptions include gas cylinders (covered for 7 years) and upholstery (covered for 2 years).

National Public Seating - NPS offers 5 year and 10 year warranties for their products.  The structure, frame, and parts of each item are covered if the damage is caused by normal use.  Upholstery issues are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.  If your upholstery shows signs of wear and tear very early, it is covered under manufacturer defect.  Outside of the first two years, only cases that are obvious manufacturer defect are covered.
