These bar stools were easy to assemble with tools provided, although I used my power driver to speed things along. I sought sturdy stools to accommodate friends and family. These are surprisingly light, yet sturdy and easy to move (glide bottoms attached). My initial order was short 4-screws for assembling the seats, but Customer Support (Kim H.) was very quick to respond and send more than enough fasteners.
